2. Eligibility for Return

Timeframe: Submit your return request within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, unscathed, and in the original packaging (yes, we mean every tag!).

3. How to Initiate a Return

We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label (within Koh Samui) and detailed drop-off instructions.
Tip: Snap a quick photo of the item before packing—just in case.
4. Refunds: Fast & Fair

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days.

Approval: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received it after 7 days, ping us—no blaming banks until we check first.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit

Want something different? We’ll treat it like a return + new order in one go—zero hassle.

Store credit is issued immediately upon approval, valid for 12 months, and stackable with future promos.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping.

Change of Mind: You cover the return shipping cost—but we’ll make it as cheap as we can arrange.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll pick up the item (on us), send a replacement, or issue a full refund—no questions asked (well, maybe one: “Can we see a photo?”).
8. International Returns
We love our global customers, but bureaucracy doesn’t. For returns outside Thailand:
